Created to be/Five to Thrive
As Dr. Kathy shares her story, you’ll be able to see your student’s lives more clearly. Why were they created? Who are they and who are they becoming? Discover roots of learning, motivation, relationship, and behavior issues so you can efficiently meet student’s needs with solutions that work. Discover why students are struggling so you can make changes that will more likely result in permanent improvements. Would you be surprised to know that every problem can be assigned to one or more of just five core needs? Come and be refreshed with this practical problem-solving approach. You will be inspired by Chatty Kathy’s too-tall, spelling-is-challenging, low-voice reality and how it’s God’s perfect design for her. Her humor is disarming and the truths are undeniable.

8 Great Smarts: Help Students Believe They’re Smart
All children need to know they’re smart and how they are specifically smart. This empowers them to have hope and believe in their future. They will know they can learn and will successfully study when something isn’t easy. When they discover they have 8 smarts and how their talents and interests are connected to them, they will like the way God created them! And, when we communicate to all 8 and help them use them when learning, motivation and learning improve.
