This presentation focuses on Raptor Technologies’ Emergency Management platform, which includes a partnership with The “I Love You Guys” Foundation. Raptor Technologies’ solution engineer, Bob Johnson, will detail the different modules within the Emergency Management software, compliance with Alyssa’s Law, and how schools can use Raptor Alert to navigate themselves through a crisis. This session will also touch on updates to Raptor’s Visitor Management system, used by tens of thousands of schools across the country.

Robert Johnson has worked for several companies since 1997. Robert began at True Value Company as an Operations and Applications Support Supervisor, where they directed a staff of 5 individuals and instituted new disciplines in data center operations. In 2002, they moved to Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representitive, where they developed new business for life insurance and investment products, achieving top 10 office performance in their first year. Robert also achieved professional certification in State-certified in life/health insurance and NASD Series 6 and 63. In 2003, they joined Technivista as an IT Consultant and Client Applications/Operations Manager, providing database administration and analysis for Oracle web-based Student Information System (SIS) and all additional applications. In 2010, they moved to Edline as an Account Manager, Implementation Specialist, and Technical Support Specialist. In 2012, they joined Blackboard as a Sr CSA K-12 and Client Care Manager. Finally, in 2018, they moved to Raptor Technologies, LLC as a Client Service Manager.

Robert Johnson attended Harper College from 1986 to 1987, where they studied General Studies. Robert then attended Triton College from 1987 to 1988, where they studied Automotive Engineering. Robert then attended Fourth Shift Corporation from 1998 to 1999, where they studied ERP Software. Lastly, they attended American College from 2002 to 2003, where they studied Life Insurance Accreditation.
