Created with Purpose: Integrating the CASEL Framework for SEL, Cultural Responsiveness, and Student Flourishing

This session examines how teachers’ cultural competence and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) practices shape student flourishing, grounded in the truth of Psalm 139:13–14 that each student is “fearfully and wonderfully made.” Participants will explore research findings, Scripture-based principles, and practical strategies to strengthen culturally responsive SEL that honors diversity, builds community, and supports the holistic development of every learner.
